Large groups and big families

A ski apartment for fourteen in Alpe d'Huez, with room to breathe

Finding a place that sleeps fourteen in the Alps is easy. Finding one where fourteen people live comfortably for a week is another matter. It comes down to three things: the bathrooms, the table, and where the skis go.

240 m²top floor
7bedrooms
7en-suite bathrooms
14guests, plus 2 babies

A bathroom for every bedroom

This is the detail that makes a group week work. Each of the seven bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, basin and WC. At eight in the morning, when everyone wants to be on the first lift, nobody queues in the corridor.

Every bedroom can be made up as a double or as twin beds. You choose when you book, so the layout suits your group: couples, friends, two families with teenagers. Bed linen and towels are provided and the beds are made before you arrive.

Two travel cots are available for babies under two, who do not count towards the fourteen.

A table and a kitchen to match

Plenty of large rentals have fourteen beds and a table for eight. Here the living area has two large tables, a sofa corner and a separate TV room, so a film does not drown out the card game.

The kitchen is equipped for the numbers: two ovens, two fridges, an induction hob and a dishwasher. Fondue, raclette, hot-stone grill and crêpe sets are all in the apartment.

Skis stay downstairs

The apartment has a private ski room on the ground floor with heated boot and glove racks. Boots are warm and dry in the morning, and the apartment stays clean. A lift serves the third floor.

A ski lift is a short walk away and the resort centre is reachable on foot. Once you have parked, you will not need the car again.

After skiing

The residence has a wellness area with sauna, hammam and hot tub, open every day from 5 pm to 7 pm. It is shared with the other residents of the chalet, and access is included in your stay.

Getting there

Alpe d'Huez is about an hour and a quarter by road from Grenoble. The nearest airports are Grenoble, Lyon and Geneva, with winter transfers to the resort. Parking for four cars, in a row beneath the chalet, is included; access can be difficult after heavy snowfall.

Price and booking

The apartment is let by the week, Saturday to Saturday, at a single price whatever the size of your group. The price for each week is listed on the availability and prices page and includes end-of-stay cleaning, linen and towels, WiFi, parking, the ski room and daily access to the wellness area. There is no service fee, and the direct price is 5% lower than on booking platforms.
